Calvium is delighted to announce our partnership with Regain, a charity that is committed to improving the quality of life of people living with tetraplegia.
Built on shared values of inclusion, trust and social impact, our relationship is designed to deliver positive outcomes at all touch-points.
What does this mean in practice? Here are three of the activities currently underway:
Learn to Earn
Calvium is proud to support Regain’s transformative Learn to Earn initiative through a financial donation. This inspiring programme empowers individuals living with tetraplegia by providing hands-on opportunities to build practical skills, expand their knowledge and open doors to future paid work.
Already, two Regain beneficiaries are enrolled in an accredited Inclusive Design course with the National Register of Accessibility Consultants – marking an exciting step forward on their professional journeys.
Job Shadowing
Calvium ran two engaging job shadowing sessions in digital marketing for three Regain beneficiaries. These tailored experiences offered valuable insights into the world of digital marketing, sparking inspiration and helping to explore potential career pathways.
Research
To help shape Regain’s future fundraising programme, Calvium is conducting qualitative research that places the voices of those with lived experience of tetraplegia at its heart. By embracing a co-design approach, the programme will be shaped with the community it seeks to support, thus ensuring relevance, impact and long-term value.
We also joined the annual Regain Cycling Challenge at Thruxton Motor Racing Circuit, which was a fantastic and energising event that strengthened our growing partnership.

This is a values-led partnership grounded in collaboration, openness, authenticity and a shared commitment to long-term impact. We’re proud to support Regain as they continue to champion independence and opportunity for people living with tetraplegia.
This partnership has emerged from Calvium’s Social Value programme for All In – the new access scheme for creativity and culture in the UK and Ireland, and demonstrates our B Corp commitment to using our business as a force for good.
