Accessibility statement for Calvium Website

This accessibility statement applies to the Calvium Website.

This website was designed and developed by Calvium Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • use the settings to change colours, contrast levels and fonts;
  • use the browser to zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen;
  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software;
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

How accessible this website is

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Based on our audits, the Calvium website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some content parts do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Known issues include:

  • Using very large font sizes and/or very small screens, some displayed email addresses may be cut-off.  Functionality is not affected.
  • Some components include multiple adjacent links to the same destination

These issues are tracked in our internal accessibility issue log and will be addressed as part of our regular release cycle.
